I personally don't think that would work, since Buu and his body seem to rarely if ever take damage. Like the damage threshold for a zenkai boost for Buu is either completely out of range cause he regenerates the fastest out of just about any DB character, or he's being vaporized/purified, passing the damage threshold entirely.

Patrick Luke Number one is Zeno's erase, as it can one shot reality itself. Also what hit Frieza and Goku was not hakai but a mere God of Destruction God ki blast. It's quite simple, you can clearly see a difference between pointing your hand at someone and uttering 'hakai' and giving an energy orb to someone to throw it. Some people tend to mistake that ki blast for hakai which is absurd. Going by your logic Beerus couldn't have erased Zamasu because Zamasu was stronger than base Goku who withstanded a God of Destruction energy blast you are mentioning.

Pj Player Buu doesn't need zenkai boosts because he already has no limits. That's why he is much more op than cell who is already op as fuck. While Cell had all sort of haxes and could constantly become even stronger Buu already had infinite power and didn't need to improve (at least original Majin Buu) take that for example. Both Buu, Beerus and Whis are ridiculously op for the arc the were introduced in.

That isn't to say he isn't strong, because he is ridiculously powerful -- stupid powerful -- but if he had infinite power, then he wouldn't just be destroying galaxies. The reason why he didn't immediately destroy the universe is because he enjoyed destruction and didn't want to run out of his play things. It is already well known that the has infinite ki and that means that he can infinitely destroy right? It's the same as when he fought Vegeta, he could have probably one shotted him but didn't because he wanted to enjoy his game by torturing him, same with Goku. Also you cannot kill him no matter what, the only reason why he was erased is because Spirit Bomb erases evil so it practically destroyed him as a force, or if you prefer it destroyed his soul.

Piccolo's training with Kai shoulda put him way above Nappa and maybe even Saiyan saga Vegeta since he trained longer than Goku.
