My country is highly populated and we only have 1 consulate hence a huge delay. Can I transfer to another country that I still have residency of? Because the other country is very low in population and should be able to get an interview date earlier. Hello Mandy! I had 2 prior refusals. I had fingerprint issues every time when I went there. I had to do serveral times for fingerprint process. I don't want to disturb my visa officer's mood. Does it affect on the interview result? My fingerprints are blurry since before i guess. But it doesn't mean I'm hard worker. I don't even have to do my house works.
