That pen scene freaked me out when I watched this show for the first time.

Love the reactions sometimes more so than the actual episodes themselves. The pen scene especially, with Eric trying to reason it out while being grossed out, Shanes turtle shirt retreat, Calvin instinctive cross and Aarons Needle trigger. They're so cute! Thanks lads for the vid.

What is Martha doing during all of this? A medical doctor who knows about aliens and all the Torchwood crap, and that Jack's immortal? She should be on the front lines of this. They could have at least added a throwaway line about her trying to contact Jack to acknowledge that she's doing shit.

Okay, half the comments are about the Venom trailer, so I'll copy my reply to someone else: I just came from the Twtich stream they had today. At the very least, Calvin and Aaron said they were not going to watch it because it is full of spoilers...

I like the intro to this one, really reminded me how much rigorous planning and preparation goes into Blind Wave, it's not for nothing that they have a 0 tolerance policy towards mistakes at this office.

When I first saw this I was convinced the bald guy was Barrowman in prosthetics.

The pen poke scene made me notice something. No infections.

Wow, many of the things you mention in your discussion about _how long it took for her to kill him_ seems to be based on people *preparing to be choked.* When you're actually physically active. . .fighting, no less, you are not getting ready to hold your breath. You have no idea if he had last exhaled and hadn't been able to inhale when she started. He's already exerted himself considerably. I'm not saying it's realistic, and of course there is the fact that she may not have known what the hell she did because of the chaos of the situation. One's mind races. Whereas you are all just sitting there calmly watching and analyzing everything. Put yourself in her place ... And his... it changes everything considerably.

Shane is 100% correct about the quality of this new season. The production team is American in this one, so it's not the same.

The part at 10:12 really stressed me out when I first watched this. It was hard to watch as I love Esther
