Жыл бұрынThe plaintiff says she stored two new flat-screen TVs at the defendant’s home, but he sold them after she rebuffed his sexual advances. She’s suing for their value. The defendant says the plaintiff hinted that she wanted to move in with him even though he already had a girlfriend. He claims he told the plaintiff to pick up the TVs because he had no more room, but she abandoned them and he got rid of them.

Her mom most assuredly raised her that way and probably gave in to every single tantrum that girl had growing up. She should have raised her to work hard, save her money, and have (buy/rent) her own home or apartment before she rushes out to buy the biggest and best TVs she can buy before having a place to house them. But instead she raised a bum, and now that bum couch surfs and tries to rip people off by claiming they've ripped off her ridiculous television sets that people were nice enough to store for her because she doesn't have a pot to piss in. Frickin stupid.

The nerve of the plaintiff to sue someone that was trying to help her out - maybe it wasn't a perfect living situation - but at least she wasn't on the street. Buying not 1 but 2 tvs when you have no home shows lack of judgement. I think the defendant is glad to be rid of her and the whole situation.

I almost believe him about simply putting the TV's out, he just wanted her out of his life and had he sold them, the money would be tainted and anything he might have bought would have been a reminder of her foul mouth, AND he could have been accused of 'selling them' and therefore owing her the money, whereas he had every right to 'put them out' and he did, good for him...

I've been in similar situations like the Plaintiff, my and husband always put our things in storage. It doesn't even cost that much. She could afford 2 flat screens.

so, she is crashing at his place for free for a couple of months, buys two big screen tvs, stores it at his place for free, cant afford to rent a truck or pay a friend a couple bucks to get the stuff, and then calls the defendant a bum. on top of that, she tried to s*** shame him. she's trash.
