Rothwell Off Road Centre delivered a challenging course containing DEEP bogs, MASSIVE hills and a lovely farmers field which (with permission) we used for some drag racing!!

I gen think that this Touareg project has been my favourite car content on KZfaq, especially seeing the comparison of it vs a standard one with mud tyres. It certainly laughs in the face of all the td5 lot that’s for sure, with less aggressive tyres to make it more road spec it really is the car that can do it all!

Cracking video lads, seriously entertaining! Fair play to the defender driver he really wanted that water 🤣 fair play to the VWs really putting everyone to shame! Was the L200 at the end a farmer that decided to have a go or was he there the whole time? That yellow defender at the end was rapid!

Amazing video boys, I've got a '07 V6 myself, daily and I tow with it.. Can't wait to see what you do to the V6, can't find a decent sounding exhaust for mine, will be looking to EGR/Swirl Flap delete and a remap too

The v6 Touareg didn't do bad at all. With a few more off-road mods it will keep up with the v10.

Is the V10 still running on the original air bellows? If yes, then what it gets put through is an absolute testament of their quality.

Yes, everything was Factory parts until we swapped them, like bushes etc. It's hard as nails!

You should add one of the wlid lift kits to the either Touareg! Ive seen them as high as 5inch for the air ride.

Those big heavy Nittos would suck up a lot of torque out of the V6, they are a fantastic tyre but very heavy.
