I found Eibach front and rear sway bars at a really good price and you have really helped give me the confidence to get this job done myself. The front is definitely far more intensive to install than the rear. It seems a little intimidating but I have the tools I need. Overall, it doesn't seem like too hard of a job. I expect Eibach will have their own installation instructions but I appreciate that you were so thorough and provided the torque specs. I have to subscribe to KZfaq Premium so I can download your video because I will have to watch it for reference as I install in my condo's underground parking garage with no wifi or data. I wish I had your garage to work in! Lol. Thanks for all the work you put into this video. It really helped me!

Soooo after installing the strut tower bar and a rear sway bar, did a front sway bar make enough of a difference as to justify basically dropping half the shit up front?

Hi Charles! ah well I think that may be relative to your end goal with the E210, since I'm on the path of maximum control without affecting ride quality yes it was worth it (specially as explained that sway bar setups are developed as a package, so the best performance are gain when installing both front and rear). However also consider that I do all my own labor so I'm doing this type of installs all the time where normal mechanic shop may be intimidated or increase cost as their experience is fixing vehicles more than putting in aftermarket performance parts. So cost will also be something you want to add when considering how many suspension parts will be added. Cheers bud!

The cusco website says it’s compatible with the 1.8L version, but i have the 2.0. Is there an issue if I install these anyway? It’s gonna be my first time modifying a car and I want to be careful with the process

Does this require a allignment after bc you unbolted the steering rack?

Your vehicle needs alignment after this correct?

Hi braineater713! Technically an alignment should be performed when changing or unbolting suspension and steering related items. The nice thing in the corolla is that for the sway bar the bolts that I removed where not adjustable (holes they go into are round, instead of slotted or oval) so what I do to minimize the need for an alignment is to make sure that all bolts heads where in the same position within the circle of their hole (the holes are slightly larger than the bolt itself). Some mechanics mark around the heads of the bolts to do this, I usually just follow the clean mark they leave behind when removed. So far alignment seems right on the money still, I figure I do several suspension items then get a alignment to get everything dialed in perfect instead of multiple alignments at each step. @@AlexAutoFun would you recommend trying to put as many handling mods on the e210 as possible? is there negatives to it? the reason i ask is because i noticed on kami speed that they offer many other e210 handling mods such as this and braces, just want to know how much is too much!

@@aromaz1707 Ahh yes that is a good question. I think depends on what your plans are for the car. If you going to track it then I would say go all out as every part will give you a competitive advantage. However if the main use of the car is a daily and you just want to spicy it up a little, I think it's best to go light on the handling mods, specially because typically the ride quality will begin to suffer as the car becomes tuned for performance instead of comfort. So I think it should be balanced, that being said, my other car an SRT4 was my daily for many years and I took it to the max, gutted interior, stiff suspension, bracing, solid mounts for motor and polyurethane suspension bushings. The thing is completely unbearable for any passengers but for me I didn't mind just part of the enjoyment of driving a heavily modded car lol

Hi P. 07! Cusco doesn't indicate these parts by engine size/type, they are categorized by the E210 chassis (I think since because since they are suspension parts independent of engine setup) This part shows it's compatible with both the Sedan and Hatchback E210 chassis. hi i done this same too, but after i changed front sway bar is start make some noise, i check oil the bushing but still noise, what can i do any advice? thanks you >>

Hi Hao! That is strange, it shouldn't make noise, mine is dead quiet. I would have the mechanic double check the installation, some thing maybe binding, rubbing or loose causing the noise your are hearing. And you can always contact Cusco for technical support, they may also have additional suggestions. Cheers!
