Whenever an actor dies before the Oscars and they get nominated and in some instance win, I say they are only doing it to "respect the dead" in a sympathy win. I am glad to say Heath Ledger's Oscar wasn't a sympathy win. He OWNED that role of the Joker and VERY MUCH deserved to win it all.

I remember sitting in my room on my computer when my sister came running in crying, "he's gone! He's dead!" And I freaked out because she didn't say who! I thought she was talking about our dad or brother, idK! I was like, "WTF< WHO"S DEAD, whaT?" And she goes, "Heath ledger!" And i just....... yeah. That's how I found out. I'm still sad about this but my sister scared me half to death thinking it was a relative x_x
