Maybe he was abused/touched at the carnival? Being a child and unable to compartmentalize what happened to him, it would make sense for a child to create an imaginary friend as a coping mechanism. It also makes sense given Leo didn’t “appear” until after the carnival. Idk just a thought

As a hungarian it was absolutely okay and the way she pronounced Budapest was also acceptable, we can't expect foreigners to pronounce hungarian words correctly. Anyways I'm glad that she mentioned my country, it feels like she notices us here 🤗
