Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 224. Warm. Too warm. Ocean in my gym area. Training well though.

FULL SESSION:
3x5 weighted dips
+80kg/176lbs
(190kg/418lb total weight)
3x2 OHP @ 100kg/220lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure

I love these training logs so much. I've sent some to my friends to try explain why I train outside - sometimes in the pouring rain. I'm like "Watch this. Then you'll understand everything." Keep it up! PS. How did you choose these exercises? And do you train your forearms? - they're yuge!

Appreciate the support friend, it's a whole different feeling when you're training in spite of weather. Originally I just did SL5x5 and my program evolved from there. Now it's a simple formula of 1 compound, a heavy accessory and a couple lighter accessories. I train grip every time I train anything (currently just upper body 2x a week), it's always improvised and not very interesting training so I just don't bother recording.
