FULL SESSION:
3x5 weighted dips
+85kg/187.3lbs
(195kg/429.9lb total weight)
3x4 push press @ 100kg/220lbs
3x5 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure
