Not for me, from the very first exercise my knees began to hurt, I use to do the barre method, and certain moves did bother my knees. So if you have another workout video, that will strengthen the thighs I will be all in, Sorry.

If you do not have a bar on the Cellerciser, do you have a recommendation on what to squeeze in between the inner thighs on the inner thigh move where you are sitting? The ball is not wide enough. The bars that you use seem to be a good width. Do you have a recommendation on some thing that I could squeeze at the correct width?

Dena~ Great question! First of all, congrats on trying this workout! I would recommend using the legs of a chair pushed up against your Cellerciser. As long as the four legs will be high enough that you can get a decent grip with your ankles, you will be fine. However, if you only use a resistance ball, you still will get an amazing burn... After having 2 Total Knee Replacements (the latest one being 9 weeks ago) and being told by my OS not to kneel on my new knees, how could I do the cool down?

M. L. Are you referring to the cool down in the Thighs video? Or the cool down for the abdominal muscles? If you are referring to the abdominal work video, then you can do a forward lunge, with one foot forward. Tuck your tailbone under to really feel the stretch in your hip flexors. Raise you arms to the sky and bring your forward leg to a 90 degree angle if this doesn't put pressure on your new knees. Otherwise you can simple hold on to the bar, tuck in your tailbone and raise one arm in the air and arch your back as far back as comfortable until you feel a stretch in your hip flexors. Thank you. I was referring to the cool down for the Thighs video. I’m slowly going through your videos and haven’t seen the abdominal video yet. I’m new to the Cellerciser and I’m exploring different routines. I like your routines because they remind me of the Pilates classes I took several years ago.

@@m.l.garcia-pereda3440 Let me know if you need any further help! As far as the bending stretches for the thighs, you can simply lightly jump in place to "shake the legs out" if this is easier for you. The other stretches I mentioned will help, too.
