Thank you for sharing this info. I have recently been doing some simple DC resistance checks on a varaiety of guitar amplifier power and output transformers. I have noticed that the DC resistance of these smaller output transformer primaries and also high voltage secondaries on the power transformers roughly double with each halving of power for the set (Power and output transformer set). With all other things being equal, what effect does a higher DC resistance have on an output transformer primary?
