This week I have a video to help you stay fit, healthy, and happy, no matter where you are. In today's video, we're diving into a quick and effective 10-minute body weight strength training workout that you can do anywhere, even while traveling. No equipment needed-just your body and a little bit of space!
What to Expect
In this video, we'll go through a series of fundamental exercises designed to build muscle, enhance strength, and increase endurance. Here's the breakdown of our 10-minute workout:
Warm-Up (2 minutes): Arm Circles and Leg Swings
Workout Sequence (7 minutes): Squat Hold, Sit-Ups, Plank, Lunges, Tricep Dips, Glute Bridge
Cool Down (1 minute): Child’s Pose and Chest Opener
Each exercise is performed for about 1 minute. This structure helps to maximize your effort during the active phase while allowing brief recovery periods to keep your heart rate elevated.
