the pork used in there tonkatsu is of such a high quality that the fat and meat render beautifully while deep friend, the eggs are cooked to perfection and the katsu sauce looks to be sweet and savory which pairs well with the meat and eggs and rice, truly a wonderful meal and food

Does he really have to crack those eggs into a small bowl and transfer them to the larger container? Why not cut out the middle man and crack straight into the larger container? Just a thought or am I missing something?
