Subbed!! That is one small piece of meat for that huge smoker! Lol!! I saw your tattoo...were you in the Air Force as an aircraft maintainer!?! I ordered a LSG 20x36 for a channel my daughter and I created...can’t wait to get it! I think we will get it delivered in September...great videos. smoke on, brother!

I was in the AF. Gunner on helos. So, you are in the right ballpark.

@@BSBBQ, awesome, brother!! I used to be in aircraft maintenance and I used to help maintain helos at Davis-Monthan from 2007-2010. I’m still in the AF, but in a much more boring desk job! Hahaha!
