Sadly (for Mustafa) avacado is one of "those" fruit. By which I mean the seeds dont usually lead to a good tree/plant that makes tasty fruits. Turns out a lot of fruits we eat are due to splicing branch site transferance which ...is alot to explain. Still fingers crossed for the Mustafa win!

Definitely let them try a ripe avocado next time. It's one of the best foods you can eat, natural fat. In Latin America, it is a side that compliments many flavorful dishes. Avocado is very pleasant palate cleaner in between bites of bold-tasting food. It is also amazing on toasted bread with a little rock salt on top.

The one thing I find slightly disappointing with exotic fruits is that because they aren’t standardized like our usual fruits they’re more difficult to eat and prepare for. As in, most fruits you eat have been grown for many millennia to be as plump and juicy, and you also know how to eat them already. But some fruits are best eaten a certain way and need to be prepared certain ways… which you don’t know about when you first get them… I’ve unfortunately wasted a good amount of exotic fruits cause I didn’t know how to eat them.

I speak fluently three languages and I can say for sure that translating the same words from one language to the other may, sometimes, take a whole different meaning. Words must be translated in the same context of both languages. That’s why professionals who do this job are called interpreters. I understand the crew’s difficulty to translate Mustafa’s and the others’ words in a multinational context and I think they do a great job. That's kind of my point. I mean, I do like it that she is enjoying herself, but when I hear her describe something as "VIP", it sounds like she's saying that it is or should be reserved exclusively for very important people. That is how "VIP" would be used in the US (e.g. "With membership, you gain access to our VIP private jet service to Las Vegas.") I really don't think that she means that, but instead just means that something is good or excellent. As a result of this split between meaning and intent, I always cringe a little when she uses "VIP", and wish she would stop pretending to sophistication while not actually understanding what she is saying.
