Those old resort hot springs are about 30 minutes from my old house (built in 1890) I pulled out a 1916 car from behind the hot springs resort years ago, there was a virtual turn of the century auto junkyard behind the hot springs in a small canyon/arroyo containing about 25 old pre 1930 cars.. they were all removed in the late 1980's when the hot springs became popular with the free camping fans of those times. I don't know if you can still camp for free there, but back in the day there was an area outside the resort with a grove of nice shade trees & where you could camp next to the hot ditch for as long as you wanted. I am sure the adventurous urban refugees, vagabond homeless, van life & stealth camping people took over by now & used & abused this best kept local secret place with unlimited free camping. I appreciate when KZfaqrs do not disclose locations I live in a semi ghost town nearby and we had been unnindated by KZfaqrs and their drones until the plague came, then even more of the urban refugees from LA showed up in the area looking for free camping places. most were good people but some who set up long term campsites really left alot of trash in their wake, remnants of their prolonged stay are still blowing across the desert.

My cheat for a white-ish sauce is alfredo sauce, use maybe 2-3 tablespoons at MOST on your dough, but then I spike it with some garlic. Load the sauce in the center, add the garlic to taste, *mix well* and then you are ready to spread it evenly on the pizza. Easy peasy!

For a flavor packet Greek pizza try adding ultra thin slivered sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic to smear as a paste on the dough, Feta Cheese, red onion, and finish with fresh basil and some baby spinach in the last min or two of cooking.
