I watch these guys all the time and they have all the skills , equipment, knowledge and guts to pull any job off. I live in UK and these guys have what the UK need. People with skills. The UK is now just full of warehouses with goods being brought in and distributed. No one manufactures anything or fixes anything anymore.

Iam sure you don't see this kind of job in next generation , our mecanic did all this kind job in 30to 40 years ago (cos we didn't have any modern tools and we had a lots of strong man ) but nowadays everything in my country change and repair slowly gone unfortunately !

All the credit goes to these Pakistani mechanics but I sure wish these guys bosses could afford some steel toed work boots because working in open sandals in cold weather is asking for a lot of broken toes and other foot issues.

So you removed the shaft, removed an uneven amount of material on the lathe, then literally welded half a bead of new material to make the shaft a tight fit again?? Not sure how long that fix is gonna last...

Автор ну хоть ты подскажи перед тем как снимать очередной ролик что ребят почистите резьбу на болтах и стремянках ту же посадку перед запрессовкой железными щетками И перед сборкой помазать ну типа нигрола резьбы и посадки. А то бросят в грязь в пыль и собирают вместе со ржавчиной обратно. Смотреть жалко на такое неуважение к деталям и к труду в процессе сборки. Неужели так долго это сделать. Или настолько пофигисты. И так сойдет.

It's a pivot The spring ends touch each axle so on one axle goes up and the other one goes down or vice versa the spring can pivot

For the love of god put the ground on the part and not the lathe!!! The bearings of that lathe probably already look like the shit you arc gouged out of the side of that part.

Just use some oil and grease to put it together and those housings should rotate freely not everything needs to be put together with a bleeding great hammer, terrible workmanship.

Typical repair to destroy later video. You wouldn't need to repair your trucks if you loaded them correctly. 20 ton truck carrying 40 tons is not the answer. Definition of insanity, doing same thing over and over expecting different results

все пишут смазать резьбу и почистить ,вы не понимаете ржавчина и песок это как фиксатор резьбы. они он сколько грузят ,а если открутиться. а песок это надежно

What a bad job. Incredible the dirt of the place. The men work squatting or sitting on the floor, wearing filthy clothes and wristwatch. Mechanics repair engines and equipment by throwing the parts on the dirty floor, there's garbage everywhere ... Mechanics don't wear protective gear. Impressive the dirtiness of the place… And mechanics work smoking or talking on cell phones … Also, operating a lathe or sanders using long-sleeved shirts or wristwatchs is extremely dangerous.
