Would you advise for or against a stove pipe damper (key damper, bypass) on this model for the purpose of keeping more heat in the stove?

Only if there is excessive draft and the stove is not operating as it should.

What is the best method to remove the ashes and how much should be left in.

I feel the best method with all stoves including the ones with ash pans built in is a ash bucket and shovel.

Are these radiant? Can't find any information. Thanks

All wood stoves are radiant heat. If you have add a blower it adds some convection heat to the mix.

What does a burn time of 6-7 hours mean? Can you only burn in it for 6-7 hours at a time? Thanks.
@tinmaninc2023 Жыл бұрын
It simply means the amount of time from when you light the stove with a full firebox load of wood until the fire burns completely out without adding any wood in the mean time.
