I don't eat they wings because I have on 3 different occasions 2 different locations and they wings tate like they don't clean them don't store them properly or they are about to expire. I have a strong nose and everytime I got a hint of old chicken even sorta taste a bit off

You're right they literally don't season them at all, they are fried in Beef tallow though which imparts some flavor. Source:I work there.

They 100% don't season them. I ordered wings separated from the sauce so I could try multiple sauces and the wings themselves are insanely bland, it's so obvious that majority of the flavor comes from the sauce.

If you want the wings seasoned get dry rub and the other sauce on the side. Buffalo sings aren't seasoned traditionally the sauce gives them flavor.

@@kaliefhampton2483Wings come from the arms but nuggets come from either chicken breast or random parts of the chicken. Chicken breast cut up is a lot cheaper than whole wings so companies often encourage to get the boneless so they save money cutting up breasts

There's a restaurant in my town and there's actually three of them but they have slightly different names because apparently they have to to save money anyways one of them always gives cold food so we always use it as the example when making fun of other restaurants for failing. Buffalo wild wings on the other hand for some reason always gives my friends and I including my dad diarrhea so we never ordered the wings from there but the hamburger is perfectly fine. One time when I was still being an idiot and going to Buffalo wild wings I was like hey Dad let's go to Buffalo wild wings literally the day before you have to go on a long car trip. Here to pull over three separate times plus going before and after. Normally we only pull over halfway and thats it. I had to profusely apologize.

As a BWW employee myself, I can tell you 100% people prefer the Honey Garlic over the Buffalo Ranch. We were out of HG within a week while still having plenty of BR, and the HG always got better reviews. As for the cold food, there's several reasons for that. Biggest one being the box. The vents in the back and the thin layer of plastic that act as a sort of window don't hold heat. The problem that we were having in our franchise was two-fold, so it was likely an everywhere thing with previous boxes, was that boxes were getting too soggy too fast without the vents. Wings were in a box for less than 5 minutes in the hot window and the boxes would fall apart from being too soggy. The window was a health thing because it was policy for whoever was on takeout to open the box to show the customer their food to make sure it was right pre-Covid. The window was put there to alleviate that health risk. Unfortunately, it's still a poorly designed box. As for not enough sauce, the employee might have actually been following spec for how many pumps of sauce to use when tossing the wings. Spec for 6 wings is 1 pump which is approximately 1.5 oz of sauce if the pump is properly calibrated. I personally make sure that unless someone asks for light sauce, the wings are nice and coated.

They crowd their wings in the fryer leaving them under cooked and rubbery. They will lay those damm wings right in the box and season them, especially if it's a dry rub. Their whole process needs to be audited. I remember when they had the 50% of specials, l would have to finish cooking them at home.😮

So why are the wings always cold even when I dine in? I used to go on Tuesdays to get the deal and they would literally come out right after I ordered, which caused me to believe they cook a lot of them ahead of time and just sauce/microwave them based on the orders. Is there any merit to this theory?

Man they been having see through boxes since antee and uncles were walking to school barefoot. Those chickens are brought to market so fast that they will always be tough. Some restaurants need to twice fry them or put them in a brine.

Come to Houston and try bb.q chicken, 8383 Westheimer. Gotta try the honey garlic which is a family favorite, although they're several flavors. Korean style and they don't cook until you order. Omg, best wings ever, hands down. Little expensive, but well worth it, you wouldn't be sorry. Please, you gotta come give them a review. Very nice, clean vibe, always. Let us know 😊

Man, the honey garlic was amazing. Loved the combination of honey and the garlic with minced garlic in it. Definitely one of the best limited time flavors I ever had. As for the buffalo ranch, I don't like buffalo sauce at all. With that aside I thought that was very redundant and kinda lazy to have a sauce that you make yourself.

Door Dashing with a Buffalo Wild Wings order is the WORST, they seem to manipulate their delivery times to seem shorter than they actually are so drivers always have to wait at least 10-15 minutes and by then you just shouldve taken another order.
