Russian people are also being oppressed, harmed, arrested by their own government for speaking out against the war. Russian culture is their culture too, and writing them off is not a healthy way to cope. You admit that their leaders are the problem, yet you still blame the people. The US commits atrocities to this day, and Tabieats review American inspired food all the time.
