Simple tool and exercise: know those old school hand and forearm strengtheners that cost about $15 and can be found anywhere from Walmart to your local athletic shop? Buy one and keep it visible in your car, and pick it up and squeeze it whenever you’re driving. I am writing this comment with that tool right beside me in the passenger’s seat, and as soon as I post this I’ll pick it up and do roughly 100 reps on my drive to work. Not only does it add legit strength to your bowling hand and forearm, it also strengthens your fingers and prevents early fatigue during sets. Seriously, get one and try it! From my observations, arm strength is an area you’d benefit from when it comes to rotation and power. This simple exercise will improve your release. Don’t overthink it. No counted reps or intervals. Just grab it and keep squeezing from the time you start driving until you turn off the engine.

Damn, you've been spoiling us with the oncoming videos as of late, thanks Sarah! Every video you put out whether the news be good or bad, it's always a pleasure to watch and listen. Not going to lie though; when you did that shoulder thrust (0:57) it looked as if you were going to uppercut someone... or something. 😂

Pulling the ball down with the shoulders is Muscling the Swing!! ❤😂 When u release the ball on the push away the arm needs to swing free like a pendulum!! Even Hottie Sierra knows this!!! You need a lesson from Liz Kulkin aka Queen 👸 Bee!! 🔨 Hammerupastorm!! More Sierra in the vlogs!!

You ever think of adjusting your alignment? If your feet to target is out of alignment it will result in your swing being behind your back.

If you are feeling tired a lot, maybe you just need to take a multi vitamin and maybe a B complex. Especially if you aren't eating healthy all the time. Great video!

Develop and stick to an exercise routine (bowling and walking doesn’t count). Get plenty of rest and eat well. Your energy should improve greatly.
