Thank you for the hand cam! I play on PS4, but it still translates well. I'll let you know when I get it. EDIT: I got it. I am now able to quickly switch to the d-pad to u-turn without losing my bearings. It was confusing at first, but then by some fluke, I did the hairpin section almost perfectly, and was immediately able to memorize what my fingers were doing when it happened. It's like riding a bike.

Need help holding Blue Fire here, it just dies out no matter what I do, even w/ perfect boosts.

Hmm, try driving over more of the boost pads on the track. Each one gives a small amount of reserves. Also, the Beenox ghost goes very slow at the end of lap 3, so don't give up if you are behind.

they need to be perfect perfect, or take a slighty slower route to power boost one or two more times (at least in the first lap, because you will have more time to build your reserves for the next 2 laps)

@@samonthesticks259 Yeah, William P and his going wide or mysteriously dropping his flame on Lap 3. Almost like Beenox got him to nerf himself so that he's even beatable by anyone other than speedrunners.

A little late into it all here haha. I'm just trying to beat all the developers times, I had no idea how to use the reserves without spoiling them or not even being able to turn at all. Thanks so much for this video dude! Also I have a question, does it make a difference between using speed and drift classes for u-turning?

Nope, U-turns are the same across all classes. You will want to use speed class to beat the developer times though, as you go faster overall.

I really need help, even copying you exactly, I can't make the U turns around the S bend. I always scrape a wall unless I don't hop, in which case I slow down way too much to ever catch up.

Yes, you are holding the analog stick or dpad, the brake button, and pressing the jump button

Chimesco. The steps to u-turning is 1. hold your analog stick or dpad down. 2. release A button and hold X (on Xbox) (release X and hold square on PS4). 3. While your analog stick or dpad is down slightly choose left or right depending on direction and then press jumping. If you release A button and hold X before the analog stick or dpad is down you'll brake and lose fire.
