Thanks, I use these all the time. I think they are great, and work brilliantly in most applications. I use a very fine razor saw to cut the axle. I tend to bend the caps slightly to hold them in place without glue.

I'm afraid it's no longer available from the seller I bought it from. If you search for "matchbox axle kit" on Google, you can find alternatives that will work as good as this one. Good luck!
