A fundamental flaw of the presentation is that stealing/theft is a criminal offence under Criminal Code in Canada and hence theft is indicted under public (criminal) law, not civil law :😡

thats very sweet :) All GOBC instructors are amazing and were Past GOBC students so they know what it takes to pass UBC exam. Each student will have online access with our videos for each chapter and you will have Melanie and I to choose from. And when you join Live zoom classes, you will have another instructors to ask questions and clarify things. Our voices will be in your head when you go for the exam :)

how is equatable law the stronger one? Because it is entirely the discretion of the judge. Whereas the common law is mentioned in the constitution.
