I’ve had dizzy spells since I was little. I’m turning 66 in a few months and vertigo episodes were becoming more frequent as I aged. Three years ago, I lost 32 lbs & started walking everyday. I’ve changed my eating habits, greatly reduced alcohol intake (to almost none) and hydrate diligently. My vertigo disappeared. I pray it doesn’t return.

The first 5 minutes of this presentation is about "The Presenters." At my age I forgot why I started watching, but I knew this was not the topic of interest. What was it? Dizziness and Vertigo! Use captions to show the name, title and qualifications of the speaker and or show credits at the conclusion. Get to the point before we all die of old age.

Excellent! I never thought that the US has good doctors that care about their patients. Thank you so much for this valuable information that teaches the audience about things that should not be ignored. I always took care of my father when he was alive. I always like to educate myself with programs like this one. Wonderful! Thank you so much once again!

There's a few. There's always outliers. But you're right, the general doctor in the US tends to have be quite strange, indeed. Even the good hearted ones have often learned all the wrong stuff. "Research physicians" are usually some of the best you'll find in America. People who split time between research and patient work. They tend to be quite smart.

Thank you for this informative information . I am 76yrs old and have been treating diabetes and hypertension with exercising since April this year. I felt very good with this new direction in my health. But recently I felt this dizziness and the lack of balancing well. I had to support with a crutch to feel safe. Thank you for all this advice. I feel better now that I understand what is happening in my body.

What a refreshing Program. I am 81 years old and people don't understand why i don't like to take meds. I always want to use only something holistic. I left two doctors who did not want to give up their prescriptions on me. I get dizzy and get neck pain, seasonal allergies, but being a Christian, helps me to deal with it.

I’ve developed Vertigo approximately 8 Months Ago, and Had to go to The Hospital by Ambulance, due to firstly My room spinning uncontrollably, so I had to close my eyes, and fortunately fell asleep. In the morning I went to get a drink from the kitchen, and became so dizzy, that I actually Fainted. That’s when I called an Ambulance. I spent The day and night in The Hospital, with no real help, but finally diagnosed with Vertigo, but no treatment. I’m now 71. Thanks 🙏 so much for Your Help, because I have so many different problems, and on so many medications, I’d be so Thankful indeed if You can help me through my Neurologist, whom I’ve already made an appointment with. My husband never had any medications, however, he was diagnosed with early onset FTD with Variants. At age 46 . He passed away age 68. This disease absolutely pulled the rug out from my life. I have Vertigo quite often, and The Epley Manouver is a wonderful thing. It is nauseating to do the manouver, but great when it settles the floating calcium crystals in my inner ear.

My vertigo was from grinding my teeth from stress .Doctors had no clue or even asked me if I grind my teeth. A dentist told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth. As my back two teeth hurt. He said -by chance do you grind your teeth? I said Yes for 3 yours. He said yup that’s the reason. I was shocked. Well I quit grinding my teeth. (Was hard) But it worked. !

Thank you for this. I try as much as possible to question whatever drug a doctor wants to prescribe and if I can get by without it, I will. I saw the damage medications did to my sister and I don't want that for myself. We have to take on personal responsibility for this - don't take the easy way out with pills if at all possible! I've experienced vertigo twice now and both times the doctors wanted to prescribe medication, if nothing else for the nausea, but I opted not to. Luckily, the Epley maneuver has helped me. Praying for all of you as well.

Thanks for that info regarding the pineapple. Several years ago I had that problem. After I ate it I felt like I had just left the dentist. My mouth felt numb. I could, however, eat the one from the can. I am over that now but still have to be careful not to eat too much as my mouth will feel itchy.

Try to check if you are sensible to gluten. Wheat flour specially that these days is also GM most of it if not all. Check that because it is uncommon for doctors to think about that when checking people. Sensitivity or allergy to gluten could go undiagnosed for many years. How about thirty? In the meantime one or all of your organs or one or all of your body systems could suffer serious harm. It could be a life changing problem or if you become allergic could put you at risk. Like the people who suffer allergy to bee sting, or sea food etc.... But chronic suffering could be damaging to a point of affecting your hair, skin, digestion ( mimicking. irritable bowel syndrome and all those problems but also affecting the production of collagen that protects the lining of the organs), eye health, teeth ( not enough calcium absorption and fracture of the pieces) muscle mass loss, bone loss, anxiety ( it could produce anxiety by itself) A long etc.... If you find that you are sensible you will feel far better once you stop consuming it. Yet, if you are sensible but not allergic, from time to time you could have a very little piece of regular bread to prevent getting too far from the irritant in a way that your body could forget that it exist and become really allergic. Must be a little something and not a big amount or you will feel kind of sick in 24/48 hours. When I read about that timing I couldn’t believe it because I ‘ve had noticed that before when I eat wheat . I do not feel foggy but I feel sick to my stomach/liver/ pancreas area and my intestines. I do not feel well when I eat regular flour. Some people could feel some dizziness, skin issues, develop atopic dermatitis and as I said before, a long etc.....
