Watching the prep work at the third restaurant was amazing! It is so easy to see why it is difficult to prepare these dishes at home given the variety of ingredients. The anticipation was so strong that I had to pause and order delivery for lunch🍲 😹. I doubt it will be as delicious as their food.

I love watching him cook. Such an efficient use of movement. I am surprised that there are not more seasonings used, I’ll have to try using less myself, especially in the rice and egg dishes. So much easier to see once it’s repeated multiple times.
