Located on the Welsh Marshes line near Leominster station and situated on the busy A44 which passes through Leominster. There are two loud alarms at this crossing, as-well as four warning lights and two half barriers.

Recently visited and filmed here myself. Nice to see a noisy half barrier level crossing around (surprised it's still only got two half barriers given just how busy the road is here). Excellent video!

Thank you 😁 Yeah it’s alright although it was quite busy. With all the passing traffic I didn’t really enjoy filming here. At least the alarms are loud though.

Funny that the Yodalarm on the other side was replaced (yet again), it’s predecessor was literally brand new when I was there not even two years ago! Great video nonetheless! 😁

There was very little time between the barriers lowering and the train arriving. If only more crossings operated like that, then there wouldn't be so many idiots ready to run the lights.

IDK... Over here in the US, our crossings have a minimum warning time of 20 seconds (from activation to the train reaching the crossing), with most railroads aiming for 25 to 30 seconds, but even then many people over here still try to ignore the signals...
