This template does not merely contain a workout program (using weights). It also encompasses a system in Notion for planning and tracking workout sessions. This is due to the fact that one of the factors that makes athletes (or in general successful people in any field) stand out seems to be deliberate consistency over a long period of time. There are days in which willingness to train tends to be completely inexistent. Those are the days in which mindful discipline makes the difference. Those are the days in which having a clear direction and system in place are of pivotal importance.
The template is meant to act as a hub for visually showing and keeping track of workout sessions. It contains a navigation panel in which you can jump to specific sections or databases contained in this system. The Today's Training Session section displays the workout of the day, based on the dates you picked in the Periodization Calendar. You can click on the card (which appears in those days in which you have a session scheduled) in order to see the exercises to perform and corresponding details.
In addition, there is also some essential knowledge about fitness and working out, as well as nutrition, in order to provide the necessary awareness on the subjects while taking deliberate action.

Amazing template. Thanks for sharing. One recommendation, is it possible to add body weight program for those who cannot train because of injuries? Keep up the good work!!!

Thank you! That's a great idea. Keep in mind that the workout program included does not have to be necessarily used. You could also input your own bodyweight training program in the master calendar :)
