Irene Suhwon warm water + a bit of dish soap inside the blendee, top on, blitz it up, rinse of. Almost cleans itself!

I tried making the "tofu cheese." I had silk tofu and thought, "Well, Rose added almond milk, so it'll be fine. It won't be too wet." OMG... it was gnarly. So then... I was panicking like, "I just ruined an entire block of tofu. What would Rose do?... Rose would add sriracha!" Creation??? It's not really a spread, but it is a totally BOMB dip or pasta sauce. Thanks and you're welcome. ;-)

Rose, I like your style and you have cooked better every time lately, better than when u were first started vegan, w that vid about 12 things about dishes...I honestly love tofu and the last dish was greatw new insight on how to get it w using white beans instead of tofu, or no nuts, like tahini or peanut, or almond puree. anyway, i had already forget what's the first dish is all about. thanks for so much of inspirations came from your channel into my world or dishes, u may called it. using ingre like gougang, and pepper paste,or miso, or even kelp, and kelp weed sheets, and spring rolls,everytime i made itthinking that y ate it , similiar, to mine. and seaweed wraps, also. Omg! Thank youuu, I was havin a hard time to figure out something out of natural tofu I normally dont eat but my dad bought it (I use usually already marinade tofu) ths idea of the spread is amazing, have to try... I usually make cheese vegan sauce from soya cream (but you can use almond, ruce, etc. Just NO coconut one, the taste of coconut will stay and mesd up with the cheese flavour) so the cream, nutrional yeast, a bit of tamari, curry powder and salt and I just boil it, super easy, quick and delicious :)

If you're still having trouble with your sandwich greens, try putting them in right after the spread (tofu cheese, pesto etc.) as the moisture will help keep them in place while you add the other ingredients.

This video is perfect! Not vegan, but love tofu and just bought some extra firm to see what I could do with it (and if I could get my carnivorous family to eat it, heehee) and have not for the life of me been energetic enough to do any of the other wonderful recipes on here. This will make it uber easy for me to use it up and maybe sneak it in a side dish for the whole family. :)
