The best series of episodes will be when Gohan and Goku finally come out. This will be the best fight in the entire drago Ball Z together with the fact that at the end of the saga Fireza was defeated by Goku when he was his first time SSJ.

@@focusgodgiga9000 Yes that's true nothing can defeat Cell. Only Goku and his son will have something more to show when they finally come out, but it will take a long time. Gohan is just starting to enter the next new level, i.e. SSJ 2, if he is already a fully normal SSJ. You still need to strengthen your body to maintain such enormous power.

He was definitely ahead of Vegeta in Power but Vegeta is definitely far more gifted and smarter fighter than Trunks. Sucks that he didn't explain to Trunks what he figured out about that form during his battle with Cell. We all know the reason why he downgraded out of Super Vegeta toward the end of his fight with Cell.

@@OneYulawhe definitely wasn’t ahead of vegeta in power. Vegeta could’ve accomplished the same transformation if he wanted to but would’ve been useless bc of speed. Trunks was just to dumb to even realize this

@@OneYulaw Vegeta purposely didn't use the same transformation Trunks did because he knew about the decrease in speed. Vegeta is a more experienced fighter than Trunks and Goku explained the same thing to Gohan about the transformation weakness. Trunks learned the hard way through his battle with Cell.

I agree with all of you here. We'll see what Goku and his son Gohan will show. Junior is just getting ready to enter a new level beyond SSJ, i.e. USSJ and finally SSJ 2. Very intense training is needed to maintain such huge power and the body must be strengthened.

@@jadynbennett308 You're missing the point. Regardless of the fact that Vegeta didn't forgo the 2nd grade (Even though we know he could've) doesn't negate Trunks power over Vegeta after trunks accomplishing the 2nd grade powerup. He was indeed more powerful than Vegeta. How's this even a debate???

Gohan, training with his father in HTC, will reach a new level much higher than Trunks, i.e. SSJ 2, and this is a really higher league and it will be enough to defeat Cell in his perfect form. That's right, the Kaio Ken technique was created by King Kai himself, one of the four Kings of the Worlds who inhabited the land where Goku found himself and learned this technique to multiply strength at the very beginning of Dragon Ball Z. SSJ 2 is probably 4 times stronger than SSJ itself, I don't know, no I know this. I know exactly when Gohan will enter SSJ 2. This will be the most spectacular Gohan vs. Cell fight since Goku fought Frieza when he activated SSJ for the first time.

this guy's statement is inconsistent! the constant evolution of the sayan is the high point of this franchise, we notice it throughout the episodes and seasons and this since the beginning!

Vegeta was still stronger

Spoiler: Trunks and vegeta are equals. This form is something Vegeta can do as well. Anyone stronger than Piccolo can do this form. None of them are capable of hitting ss2 yet, so they have a limit or a soft limit at least. This form is stronger, but as next episode and the one after it are going to indicate, it's strength and minus on speed heavily. And to top that off, Trunks isn't a natural born and highly trained fighter like Vegeta. Vegeta is miles and bounds more intelligent on the battlefield compared to Trunks. Even if trunks were somehow stronger than Vegeta, which he isn't, he's inexperienced.

The USSJ Trunks form is much lower than the SSJ 2 that Gohan will reach and there is still a long way to go. This will be enough to defeat Cell in his perfect form. SSJ 2 only has these lightning effects, very clear and very intense. Super Vegeta full power SSJ did not have this lightning effect. When Trunks transformed into USSJ, he had lightning, but it was very small, but it was still not enough to defeat Cell. More strength is needed here. Only Gohan will have it for this saga. Goku wants his son to be stronger than his beloved father. Right about Vegeta being an experienced warrior than his son Trunks.

Well, I'm with Krillin on that one. He has the right to talk about Vegeta's brainless pride. He let Cell absorb 18, ignoring Trunks and then beating him up to stop him from interfering.
