After more "problems" and tests I can say that not the printer was the problem on this unacceptable print - it is a slicer problem! If I look at the file with a viewer, there you can see the nonsense. the printer had no chance to print it right. If you have not seen it, there was also a strange thing in my "HELP" video, trying vase mode. There in the preview you can see "the problem" - I recorded it without noticing that it is exactly this problem happening and I´m not the only one with the problem. the only solution for me (and others as reported) is Restarting the slicer, it does fix the problem, but then you have to do all the changes again, if you have done some. The top surface problem may or may not be related to the x-rods. Regardless of if this is the problem, when printing with ABS a lot, the fumes can collect on the carbon rods and increase friction. This leads to less smooth motion or even seizing of the printhead. Simply wipe down the carbon rods with ipa until most of the residue is gone

looks like the layers are warping apart, which is a common issue with ABS. The enclosure may have needed to heat up more.

If did not creat the cad drawing always Right click and repair the part with left click. This will fix bad and corrupt drawings and then when you slice and they will print correctly.

Das sieht für mich aus wie ein Problem das ich auch schon hatte. Die einzelnen Layer sind nicht miteinander verbunden sondern du kannst sie auseinander ziehen als wären sie mit einem Messer längs geschnitten worden. Bei deinem Video mit dem Becher, bei dem Problem mit dem Vasenmodus hast du (wahrscheinlich unwissend) den Grund für das Problem schon gezeigt... Wenn man viele Einstellungen und Veränderungen im Slicer ausprobiert bzw verändert, verschluckt das Programm manchmal Parameter. Die Wände sehen im Slicer dann wellig aus, wie bei deinem Becher im Prinzip. Der Slicer setzt für den Druck die Innenwände nach außen und somit erhält man keine wirkliche Verbindung zwischen den Layern bei denen das Programm so geslicet hat. Ich habe bisher noch keinen Weg gefunden dieses Problem, wenn es auftritt rückgängig zu machen. Das einige Schritte im Slicer zurück springen funktioniert auf jeden Fall nicht, die Parameter werden weiterhin so gesetzt das die Innenwände nach außen gedruckt werden. Einzig das beenden und neu starten des Slicers scheint das Problem zu beseitigen. Das gilt im Übrigen sowohl für Windows als auch Apple Rechner. Ein Freund hatte das Problem mit seinem Macbook pro genauso wie ich auf meinem Windows Laptop! Hoffe das hilft dir zumindest dabei solche Drucke in Zukunft zu vermeiden...
