Finding rot and needing to do major surgery on the house is one of the least surprising thing ever. It seemed pretty clear from the start that the place would be essentially a gut renovation. Anything wooden in that place should be regarded as guilty until proven innocent.

I think that's Ryan, himself! His American accent is a perfect rendition of a 1960s educational film. I sat through many, many of them from elementary through high school. They always had a kind of faded pink color. Anyway, I love it, too! Whoever it is, I'll second that motion. Keep him on the team!

@@CS-ms2ip Funnily enough Ryan discussed the American on one his other channels and it is indeed him talking through some app type of thing. I think he is very clever as the script is so funny. Apparently one real American saw it as a sort of insult to his own accent, which of course it isn't. Let's hope he gives some more commentary soon! I think that if the American commentator just turns up now and then and sometimes unexpectedly it will be perfect. He will probably become so popular that he'll have his own separate channel!
