If you have been on the channel for a while you know that we are constantly trying to find ways of making our trucks run better. Project Snowball, has had a few gremlins (and still has a few), but ever since we went back to the stock cam and s475/83/1.10 turbo, is has been the standard for the most fun to drive around on the street. After Consulting with Weston Shupe over at Infinite Performance, we learned that the stock Cast wheel is not the best for moving air at the shaft speeds we need on the street in a diesel truck. He has engineered this wheel to specifically help make pressure in more usable RPM ranges and not sacrifice power.
Now, If you guys know me at all you know that for a decade I have not been a fan of aftermarket billet wheels. The little science I know just didn't seem to make sense with the Claims that these billet wheel companies were saying and the dyno details were sketchy at best. SO this is a big deal for us! We spent a lot of time talking with Weston and getting info on what makes this Reaper Wheel Different!
I am not GETTING PAID for this, but please give him a call before you go buying ANY Billet Turbo wheels. Depending on what you use your truck for you might be making it drive worse, not better!
