Nice rifle. I remember using this is in Vietnam, when I was in Delta Force. Ours were converted fully semi automatic though (filed down firing pin) and ran extended glock mags. I also welded a piccatiny on top, so I could put my PEQ-15 on it.

I just picked mine up on Thursday & am pleased with the condition. I just completely disassembled everything yesterday & the whole barrel is soaking in low odor mineral spirits & the bolt parts are about to go into a pot of boiling water. The bolt looks great & all parts are present & firing pin looks good. Mine only has the lower swing swivels which will make cleaning the stock easier. The funny thing is the lady at my FFL said "You know there was guy just in here picking up what looks like the exact same rifle". ( I guess a lot of people are buying these)

I just got an m91 carcano cavalry at a pawn show for 299 and the stock and receiver also match

Got one as well, seemed alright quality, broke it down and took the stock off and cleaned it fully, the barrel was dirty as hell but the rifling is alright. Haven’t been out to shoot it yet though

I bought one last week from PSA of all places. It was going to arrive tomorrow but a hurricane is hitting tomorrow as well so it’s just going to have to sit at the fedex location in NOLA for a few more days.

It occurs to me that eventually the importers marks that everyone bitches about will become collectables themselves.

It looks like a 91 TS that was reworked and fitted with a 91/28 ts stock, and bayonet mount, when I was trying to find a 91 ts with the side locking bayonet mount I ran across several like that one with older barrel dates, but stock 91/28 configuration
