It's actually exciting that this engine comes with a reed Valve, Ive been planning on doing a reed Valve set up on my 66/80cc engine, but then I'd have really get into the nitty gritty of the fuel flow, and I really didn't want to do that. So seeing this come with a basic reed Valve, and some porting, I'm excited to see what type of aftermarket parts will be made for this. Definitely gonna be one hell of a chipper build engine.

I do like the exaughst idea finally they figured out how to do a slip fit almost. The intake though breathing through a straw but a big valve dio reed kit on it waaaaaayyyy better.

Think im gunna get a yd for my 26 inch norco bike. Just build my son a zeda 80 kit on his 26 inch mountain bike. Worked great right outta the box. Well i did strip it down clean lubed and reassembled well the cylinder and head. Alot of extra stuff i had to do that wasent in that crappy book they send

Coould you fit one of these on an old bmx frame? I think I have an old redline with some z rims on it. Maybe I'd have to use a friction drive on it?

I have the one piece head unit with 50 ml piston. On that my reed valve bolts onto a plate that seems to be glued onto the head. I Wonder have you tried this head and did it stay on for you mine came unglued and fell off. I've been looking for this information on here for a while now hopefully you can help me out.

I'm really hoping there's going to be a 100 cc kit that's designed to be a drop in replacement for one of the incredibly popular 60/80 cc kits that almost everybody uses.

Well, from what I think you’re saying then yes this is that as it has the same crank case dimensions. I was able to pull off a 60/80 cc and bolt this right in.

Does the piston block the exhaust port at bottom dead center some people said Zeda max 100 bicycle engine the piston blocks the exhaust port so they have to raise the cylinder with a spacer and deck the top.

An adapter for a stock exhaust exit to the rotating exhaust pipe is a phenomenal idea!!!! I have a occ stingray bike (my second identical build) and I’ve hit the same wall again… of the exhaust pipe not clearing the frame and am planning on just straight piping it instead of the tediously “bend and check” 20+ times😑 so pleaseeeeee make that adapter😁😁! Love the channel, so much knowledge, and all the awesome problem solving products you guys make!! Keep it up!💯💯💯

I have a question i am hoping you could answer. Bought a 29 inch bmx bike fixed wheel on 1 side free wheel on the other. Everything fits nice. But the rear hub is 3/4 inch and the hub adapter ( with the shims i have does not work. So do you think that if i attached the fixed wheel sprocket to the sprocket for the chain from the motor ( so the fixed sprocket and. Motor sprocket become one piece) and screwed it back on if it would work?

That’s a tricky one to build as that sprocket is on the opposite side.

@@tonytaylor5087 yes but on a fixed wheel rim 1 side has the fixed sprocket ( can peddle forward or back wards. If you turn the rum around you have the freewheel spricket.

If he’s never built one so he won’t be able to offer any valuable reassurance. Opportunity is passing you by because you’re relying on someone’s supposed knowledge. Flip the wheel around and see how it works manually. Just try stuff for yourself. I believe in you!

Sorry it only comes with all the mounting hardware as that’s how they come from the factory.

These are bad imitation of the falcon 911 cylinder and if you really know how to build I dare you to check the port timing and exaughst duration. The squish gap alone is trash!!! Sorry but it's true!! They slap this stuff together without taking the time to get the port timings then us builders take them and make them better. Just build a stage 6 iron sleeve minerelli even with a china doll bottom end more tourqe and more power to put a smile on your face. Even going against the wind you will still gain speed and feel a power band. Sorry but try again.

Yes there’s lots of directions you could go with an engine build. This is the result of what’s certain people (obviously not you) who like 100cc’s requested so here it is and it works like they asked.

@@tonytaylor5087 not even close to working like it should so no not what was asked. And no it's not a true 100cc only in the china world it is. Bire and stroke is not 100cc. Even if it was 100 the bad port timings and squish gap severely dog this motor bad. So bad the dio reed cylinder that's 66cc would out run it.
