None of these clowns are ambassadors for the sport. Bodybuilding died a long time ago after natural bodybuilders Steve Reeves and Jack La Lanne left and Weider and Schwarzenegger took over. Now it's a joke. Nothing to do with health.

I'm from the magazine days, and its been a real treat to get know more about Jay as a person. The mags were great but you got a curated version of a person. You would never know Jay has a pretty good sense of humor. Social media can be a blessing and a curse, but in this case, it's been a blessing.

Refeeds/ carb backloading days help me big time during cutting. I gain strength and muscle during cuts with those and that's really important as an athlete.

Thanks, Jay. Love these JayWalks. I don't have cheat days. They do pop up periodically at family celebrations and special events. I will try a small bit of something out of respect for the host or chef. The only things I ever binged on were pizza and ice cream. In college, I used to eat a whole pizza once a week. Now, it's like once every couple of months. Binging on ice cream now is rare, as I just don't buy it. As I get older, binging is less attractive. Oh, my favorite Ben & Jerry's is Mint Chocolate Cookie!

I wish I could have made it to Lynn over this past weekend, Jay, but my schedule didn't allow it. Maybe next year. I used to train at the Gold's at Sahara/Decatur too, from '92 to '99. I heard you trained there, but our schedules didn't match up. I liked that old gym a lot, especially when it was on the south side of Sahara/Decatur near Office Depot and Rio Tan. It moved into the old Silo store location on the north side later. I used to like seeing Diana Denis there too and talking to her. Eric Eckenrode used to train at that Gold's too; he just got his pro card this year for his 50+ masters LH win in Pitt this summer, I saw.

So I keep telling you all to use Stevia based sweeteners. Your Total ISO contains Sucralose which is the same stuff used in diet sodas. Im not so against it, but that artificial sweetener is in everything. I'd buy more from you all if stuff had Stevia.
