I boiled red cabbage in water in microwave. Took colored water and mix with egg white. reassemble into egg with the yolk and fry. Serve with ham. That's my green eggs and ham from Dr Seuss.

Personally, I think yes! It's a job that often only requires a bachelor's degree and the pay is better than most
