First I was like, damn she is good. Then the backing track of the song came in and it showed you had the timing down too. That's always so impressive to me when guitarist can keep timing without a drummer or metronome in the background

my favorite Chill Peppers song. Something about that guitar sound throughout that gives it such a chill vibe. yeah I'm the old guy that was around when they first came around. I learned the guitar parts and loved playing them but my hands just dont have the dexterity anymore. my joints hurt too much. you did great with this one. brought back some good memories

Tone sounds pretty good. John Frusciante is a deceptively good guitar player and a lot of his chord progressions, changes, phrasing, and intricacies sound simple when they're not. Kudos.

I was about 13 years old in 1992, when this song first exploded into my consciousness! A guy I knew was sitting on the front porch of my apartment complex with an acoustic guitar and he played those opening notes from this song. It just really affected me. The fact that you are doing something so special at your age just blows me away! I really hope you're gonna be happy in your life. The world has a way of hurting us. She is a super special super sweet human being and musician that I wish I could have found much earlier in my life.

This is my favorite song to play on guitar. I used to play for hours and hours. After enlisting I quit playing and it’s one of my biggest regrets. My finger cramp and my wrist doesn’t bend the same anymore. I plan on getting back to it and playing for hours again. This is a great cover.

Please don't quit guitar, especially if you feel enjoyment while playing. I just picked up the guitar after a 3 year hiatus frm it, and Im so glad I did as it rekindled my passion for playing. In my opinion, seeing you play guitar makes you unique so keep being true to yourself! Nice playing!

I'm guessing she messed up the chords that were about to follow, which is a very tricky progression using the index, ring finger and pinky. Totally fine to mess that up though, it's a stretch with my fingers let alone a young lass.

@@adamcater87474 she explained why it cuts in the middle but you could totally be right, it is a tricky part to play. I almost don’t use my pinky in this. I use the ring finger for this song, only use the pinky when it’s very needed cos my pinky has very limited movements due to a car crash accident were I damaged that side of the hand, I adapted to it but sometimes I still mess up in that part lol.
