4:30 i think it's called frog kick i had gone over breathholding anxiety in the swimming pool but diving in the sea is an entire different experience i remember diving to 15m deep, and i felt such anxiety bc the water was dark and the surface was invisible, i coudn't stay there for long, went back and never gone down again

A lot could cross my mind but a hapnea course through videos was unlikely but without a doubt they can be an asset throughout the learning process.

I can swim .... A little byt my problem is my anxiety . I cant hold my breatg that long and once i my feet cant reach the bottom of the pool i will panic . I wont get in if the lvl is 6tf above

Not related to this video but wondering how necessary fins are for a beginner freediver? I plan on getting some eventually, i dont want to spend money on bad ones right now, i have a pair in mind but theyre outta my price range for right now.

I'm currently in Crete exploring the amazing crystal clear waters and I keep getting panic attacks under water when I get water in my mouth or just because the depth. And STILL I love it and I try hard to overcome my fear. What I wonder is, HOW do some free divers dive effortlessly and STAY in the depth. The salt water pushes me back to the surface in no time even though I try to swim against it heavily. But it doesn't work for long. Do you have any tips?
