Ramen is something everyone deserves to enjoy; so if you don't eat meat, here's the recipe for you. It has all the depth and richness from a perfect bowl of spicy miso, just without any of the meat product. It's delicious as is, and I think everyone can be happy about it.

Ingredients
2 servings of ramen noodles (dry or fresh) amzn.to/3sR3blf
800mils water
24g kombu
24g dried mushroom (shiitake)
Cooking Oil
Take the dried mushrooms from dashi and chop them into the broth (replacement for pork)
Whites from spring Onion Or green onion
2 cloves garlic
1 knob ginger
25g Doubanjiang amzn.to/46W3vx7
Sake
75g red miso at end
Soy
Mirin
Serve with extra sauteed mushrooms, corn, green onion, nori

Watched this 2 weeks ago and immediately wanted to try this. Coincidentally today I had time to make some ramen. Even though, I'm not vegan, I live in a pretty poor family so creators like you help me a lot finding new recipes since meat is expensive. This turned out so good, it was spicy, rich, and savory... 😋 so thank you!

I've been clicking through your channel and it's INCREDIBLE! I'm a big Ramen fan, but I have an issue with Soy. I don't want to call it an allergy per se, it just makes me really sick. Soy sauce, Soy Milk, and Miso all trigger it. Anytime I have proper ramen, I'm condemning myself to take the next day off in bed, and honestly I love it enough it's worth it sometimes. SO I was curious if you'd be willing to take a stab (and potentially do a video!) on a soy free Ramen. Bonus points if it's also NOT spicy. Love what you're doing here man

@@CameronMarti Nope, only other issues are nuts (various) and coconut (weirdly enough cause coconut isn't related to nuts at all....). Both anaphylactic, not whatever Soy does to me. Many thanks :D
