DOES this tool connect to Mercedes Benz and can you test the evap system on American cars

This is garbage and misleading. I bought this to replace my breaks on my 2021 Subaru outback. It messed my ABS system twice without even being able to perform the breaks replacement function. I went and bought the foxwell NT710, which didn't work either. Tried to use it on my Volvo s40 and zero results
