After reading other comments, I just realized the Vtuber community uses 清楚 (seiso - clean, tidy) to mean wholesome. I wasn't aware of that usage because I am an uncultured pleb. They're both solid puns, but that's more likely the one Echidnut meant.

Echidnut has a solid taste, this anime is getting shafted so badly. The OP is fantastic as well, sung by both the VAs. The manga from what I read is also quite interesting, though I wish the CGI allowed the characters to be more expressive.
