Cute and wholesome, mixed with hints that there is something sinister going on in the background. Definitely reccomend it to anyone who enjoyed the first season of The Promised Neverland.

Oka, I'm gonna rant here now. Zombie Land Saga was never about cute zombie girls and comedy for me. It was a story of flawed people oppressed by their own problems and pasts moving on to a better future, and putting in the work to get that better life. It was about moving on from trauma, depression and heart break to find solace in something you love and strive to achieve for. It was a story about meeting new people and in the case of some of the girls, people who can be more than family. It had a message buried under the humour and "drama" and I love it for that
