Oh my I'm in love with this house. This is my ideal house, how it was designed and planned. It has everything I need for a 120sqm lot that I have. What excites me the most is the roof deck. Perfect place for a house party! Thank for this.

I love this! It got it's own laundry room and pantry and with a nice bedroom in the ground floor. Now, that's skills to squeeze in a 120sqm lot. Hope you'll do more 10x10 lot in the future, always looked forward to your videos.

I love it when houses below 100+sqm has at least one ground floor bedroom but you really did a great job including a pantry and a laundry room, that's like a luxury even for 120sqm. Plus, it's so helpful for a family especially when you have parents who doesn't want to go upstairs hehe. You're very talented ❤️

I love this design! Thank you! I would definitely modify this, the pool will become a garage so that 2 cars can fit then at the roofdeck I would love to put 1 bedroom and toilet then a jacuzi or small elevated pool in front with lights....

I love your works and they're really well designed, is there any way for you to make an example for a 7x20ish sqm lot with 2floors and 4bedrooms(1 in ground) and all of them have queen size beds? I really love this design! 😍 I'm a fan since I saw this video (though I watched this video more than 10x now😂). This is almost similar to my super dream house. I hope you can create a plan for my dream house. Lot Area 300sqm 5BR with Roofdeck and Swimming Pool **1st Floor** - 3 CarPort - Living Room - Dining Room - Kitchen with Bar Table - 1 Powder Room - 1 GF Guest Room - 1 Maids Room - 1 Entertainment Area (connected to Pool) - Swimming Pool **2nd Floor** - 1 Master Bedroom - 2 Bedroom - 1 Bathroom - 1 Family Area - Terrace (not connected to any bedroom | access to roof deck) **Roofdeck - Two Access** - from 2nd floor - Terrace - direct access from GF - Outside - without entering the house

I really love this design. You did an amazing interior and exterior design. The big windows are nice. But my lot (12x13) is behind 3 floor houses...2 meters of it is seen when standing in the road. Can you pls suggest a floor plan for this type of lot. 7x10 hotizontal so that i could have space for my lawn , with door in the left side please. Thank you.

i realized, if the occupant of room1 (groundfloor) is an elderly maybe you can transfer the door of the Bathroom inside and make it ensuite toilet and bath and convert the laundry area as powder room..

Bedroom 1 have so much corners. I would move kitchen counters on the other side to have more space in bedroom 1. I will put laundry beside T&B. Living room is okay. Bedroom 3 and 2 deserves more space and I dont need 2 T&B in 2nd floor so I will remove one so B3 n B2 will have more space. Thank you.

This is my favorite design sa lahat ng nakita ko in this channel because it fits all the criteria like bedroom on the ground floor, extra spaces here and there, lot size is also very common. If i were to build this though, i think I'd leave out the mini pool or pond behind the carport as it takes up space and makes the value more expensive. Roof deck is also nice but isn't that much needed since there is already a balcony, it can be left as a provision though once we already saved for it. Since the house alone costs about 4m to 5m, i wonder how'd it cost without the two things i mentioned above. Nonetheless, the design is great and i particularly love the kitchen as it isn't too small and isn't too close to the living room. There's also space for a dirty kitchen just behind the house.

Maganda sya kya lang parang mainit sa mata ng akyat bahay gang ksi maliit steel fence at exposed na exposed. Dito pa sa pinas kun yun concrete na nga fence naakyat bahay pa at nanakawan what more pa yun gnyan fence
