Generational Trauma.
The hit buzz word that we can go on and on about. But what does it truly entail?
In this episode, we embark on a candid exploration of generational trauma, diving deep into the lessons we've had to unlearn from our parents. From validating our own experiences to consciously breaking the cycle of trauma for future generations, we navigate the complexities with vulnerability and honesty.
While we're still in the process of peeling back the layers, consider this episode a starting point for anyone seeking solace or understanding. Embrace the messiness of growth with us.
Don’t be afraid of a little mess, cause afterall, we mean it.

Actually, SE-Asian countries that are not strictly rligious like Vietnam, Thailand, Pilipines, most parents prefer girls cuz girls can marry guys from rich countries, whereas sons are stuck in poverty forever.
