In this video, we discuss how trauma becomes stored in the fascia through the freezing of the breath. This causes you to replay the emotional episodes, keeping you in a state of stress and anxiety. We share how to release the patterning to reset your system back to balance.

I cried out to God to heal me and was sent to this channel. Thank you for mentioning Jesus. I was releasing my left lung and intuitively wanted to speak Bible verses over my body. Replace the negativity with the Word of God. After this session, I had a flashback to the day my mom died unexpectedly at the age of 15. I reflected on the emotions of shock disbelief and recalled my sister and I ran until we couldnt and started sobbing. I believe we needed to release the energy. Thank you for this important work. God bless you both and the work of your hands. ❤🙏

I have been working for 7 months to release 50 years of trauma. My calves were rock hard. My self work to trauma is slowly releasing. I have lost 42 # and do daily science based learning. Retired nurses should know better, but I used nursing as my protection to help me understand better. I am so grateful for this information. I hope to find someone close to Fresno to help me release my chronic pain. My story is very sad, yet I have survived and looking forward to healing. I am off more than 20 medications, including strong pain medication. I have found a peaceful place to heal. Now, for the hard work! Thanks for all you do!

@@galemartinez6585 taking a moment to pause and focus on on what you are feeling in your body is very important. When we are in any kind of prolonged discomfort, we become desensitized to it in order to continue on with normal life. The problem is that the issue is still there, but we'll consciously/ subconsciously make adjustments to avoid whatever movements cause more pain, so people develop limps when they walk for instance. This is the kind of stuff that should be taught in school because kids get bumped and brusied almost daily and some traumas will stay with you for a lifetime.

So wonderful to hear all this, so much that I get and it’s exciting to feel The possibility of releasing more from my body … there’s always more eh!? And one recent practice I did .. was rewriting my childhood story. I was tired of being dominated/framed by it .. I don’t recall how this idea came to me but it was in one of my morning sessions where I committed to being with whatever came through … before getting out of bed. I was in a challenging time and just tried everything to weather it. I rewrote my story and also read it every morning for a month .. I really just got that it was possible … and that the story I had created from my childhood … could be recreated! This works for me, not just because of the timeline shift as you mentioned … but also because so many of the details of that old story were simply from my already programmed mind. There were many perspectives of course … and I was choosing another one. It worked! Playing with these techniques inside of a commitment to being freed up .. creates solutions! Tku for this .. lots to do! X

I've been into serious trauma work... Emotional work. Releasing was slow... Periods of detox would follow... I learned a lot about the lymphatic system, vagus nerve, psoas, somatic exercises, pandiculation... Also about the agony of being a magnet for more negativity when the body retains so much hurt... I just want to say to the both of you... You are awesome !!!!!!! Such a complete and profound explanation about the fascia and more... It's really helping me see the whole picture. Thank you so much... Blessings to you. Greetings from the Netherlands !

Excellent podcast, and perfectly timed for me. I found Block Therapy last year when I decided to face and heal my trauma which I knew was a big factor in my body pain and disease. God led me to the Trauma Relief Program and I went through it and have been blocking ever since because I experienced profound changes both physically and emotionally. I just started the program again with the intention of going deeper and I'm super excited to see where it takes me. Thank you so much for your incredible program, Block Therapy, and sharing your wisdom and experiences. Love you both!!!

It mostly bothers me at night but during the day I have compensated which put everything else out. I recently watched a block therapy video about dying from the feet up. I have been doing the excruciating painful recommendend exercise od interlocking my fingers with my toes and holding for three minutes each side. It's made such a great difference! How do you block adrenals?
@Fluidisometrics
@Fluidisometrics 8 ай бұрын
Hi! Good question. The adrenals are close to the back of the body, right above the kidneys, so positions in the lower- and mid-back will address this area most directly. Other positions that will help, however, are positions in the belly, hips, and legs to further encourage space and correct alignment. I hope this helps!
