It is such a blessing when God speaks to your spirit in that way. I get tears of joy in my eyes when it happens. Lovely salad it looks delicious! For me, if I ate that I'd be doubled over in pain, and much of it would go through undigested.

Absolutely agree. I eat all of those foods everyday for my health. I have ITP a blood disorder and I can tell a difference in my health. My platelets are up and I have more energy. I've been doing this for 4 years and I feel great. Karen I love your videos thank you for sharing.

Hi Karen, I am so glad you did this video. Every morning I have a smoothie with either frozen spinach or kale along with a banana and blueberries. I also add apples, carrots, cucumbers, or strawberries, with a heaping spoonful of cinnamon.

Excellent! I also make a lot of smoothies with spinach in the summer. But a salad works all year long for me! Thank you for the tips!

If I may suggest it's best to ground your flaxseed, otherwise they'll just pass through without receiving their nutrients. Loved this video. ❤️

Hey Stephanie! Thank you so much for your suggestion! The flaxseed were actually ground -- I didn't realize that it increases nutrient intake so thank you for teaching me! Yay! Now did you mean the chia seeds? Do those need to be ground as well?

I eat a dark, leafy green salad every single day. I add shredded carrots, gourmet tomatoes, and an avocado (when available). I also include sunflower seeds or tofu for protein. Paul Newman oil and vinegar salad dressing is my favorite 😊

I tried Paul Newman for dressing and loved it! Not sure how to went to my skinny girl dressing. 🤔. I totally forgot about tofu for protein on my salad! I love tofu when I got to Thai restaurants! Thanks for the tip!

No thank you to the kale or arugula, but i'll take green leafy lettuce, alvocados & cucumbers in their place. I also love spraying Avocado oil on as the dressing 😋 By the way, i've been waiting patiently to buy the bundle of your products that has been out of stock for some weeks now...hopefully they be back in stock soon? The only problem was I thought the scalp massager was included because it was in the picture, but come to find it wasn't, so now I will have to wait until I put in another order because the shipping will be too much to order just that one item

Great video. One thing I had to stop eating. That is chia seeds. My doctor told me to stop because it can cause my high blood pressure goes up. I am on hb pressure medicine. I will try the other ingredients. Thanks. ps I love hairstyle. Is it possible. You can do a video

Is there any foods to increase the number of hair follicles and diameter of the hair shaft? Or is that 100% dependent on genetics?

Hey Velvet! So in general, density is contingent upon genetics, so you can't increase the number of hair follicles, or diameter of the shaft in general, HOWEVER, if your hair has started to thin out, either it's not producing the same number of hair strands per follicle, or the hair strand is getting thinner -- then foods (and other topical products) can support this. Many of the foods mentioned in this video can support this actually -- so these foods don't just help with growth, but support the quality of the hair at the follicular level. I hope this makes sense!
