I worked for a small family owned business. Best experience ever. They couldn't have been in business without employees, just remember every business will have employees or contractors..however you want to look at it. Hiring/firing will be a process because some will work out and some won't. Lots of factors go into that. I love watching this process, I was an aspiring fashion designer all through high school!

Oh my goodness I looooooooove you guys!!! I started my own Lactation Consulting Practice this spring and girls your own business has alll of the emotions. I needed this so much, I was bawling last week about finding some fees that I had just not been tracking and it was not a big deal in the long run, but seriously.... this!!!! I needed this, please do more of this. Also, I loooove your robes and your makeup cases and videos like these. If you wanted to streamline and just do this and I’m reading this book!!!

I really appreciate you explaining how starting a clothing line has gone for you. My eyes have been totally opened. It seems like you both have been SO stressed since you started and I was super frustrated with the prices of your merchandise and was confused when you said it was a custom clothing line but sometimes you had wholesale too.
