We have a lot in common! My oldest is also a boy with HF autism, sensory processing disorder and auditory processing disorder. (Misophonia) My 4th child has special needs - Down syndrome and low vision. Homeschooling has been such a blessing!

Travel schooling has changed our schedule especially as we are now homeschooling a teen athlete I’m working with!!! He’s got to homeschool alongside his sport!!! We go over catechisms often!!! My older kids are expected to work on them by themselves and the teen athlete works on them with my older kids!!!

So helpful! I’m just beginning to think about how I’m going to transition to homeschooling 4 kiddos next year and this is so helpful! I was reminded of another video where you mentioned something about the lists you have around your house to help your ADHD kiddos… do you have a specific video going into those lists and routines? Sometimes I wonder if that would be a help to my kiddos.

It is just something her therapist has her doing. We read a verse and ask a different question for each check in.

What ages would you recommend the life skills workbook for? My son has autism and is in need of some help- he’s 9 but more at a 6/7 year old. Love you channel and just found your podcast which is great!

It has a variety of skills for Kindergarten-5th grade so definitely could work for the ages you are looking at.
